COVID-19 Spa Protocols
How you can expect your experience to be different during this time:
- We are staggering appointments so there is only one person at a time in the lobby. If you arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointed time, please wait in the courtyard and text (206) 390-9985 that you have arrived. We will let you know when to come into the lobby.
- We ask that you show up wearing a mask (we will provide a disposable mask if needed). With all our lovely windows, we are ensuring that the indoor air is fresh and well-circulated.
- We will have you use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer upon entering and your temperature will be taken. If you are new to Kate’s, we will ask you some additional questions, e.g., have you had Covid-19 symptoms, tested positive for Covid-19, or been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 symptoms.

- We are waving the cancellation fee during this time for anyone who needs to cancel within 24 hours due to experiencing symptoms.
